Melbourne office closed

Our Melbourne Office is temporarily closed due to COVID-19 as of the 9th of July 2020 for the next 6 weeks as advised by the Victorian Government to keep our staff and customers safe.

All jobs and devices are currently being cared for at our Concord, NSW data recovery Lab. Our staff in Melbourne are working from home to help provide customer service by telephone and email. If you have an existing job or device with us, it will now be in Concord, NSW instead of our Melbourne, VIC office, for safe keeping. During this time, we will be offering free delivery back to you as we are NOT allowing pickup from our Melbourne office.

We ask that you do NOT visit our Melbourne office to pickup or drop off anything until further notice.

The good news is, if you need our help – we ARE still accepting new jobs and would love to help you!
The main change is that you will be asked to post/courier your device to us instead of visiting in person in Melbourne. Send it to:

Payam Data Recovery, Shop 3, Top Level, 48 Majors Bay Road, Concord, NSW, 2137, Australia. If you complete the Submit a job form, on our web site – this address label/instructions will be provided to you.

All other offices (Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth) are all open and you are welcome to deliver your device to us in person. Due to COVID-19, we recommend that you send it by post or courier if possible, instead of visiting in person.

If you wish to, you may deliver your device to our reception team at our reception desk. They will promptly hand your device to our data recovery engineers. Our data recovery engineers are not providing face to face customer service at this time as instructed by our management to allow us to serve you in a safe, low risk way. We can still help you via telephone, TeamViewer remote access, email, and live chat on this web site.

Before you visit our office:

If you are visiting our office in person, please complete a Submit a job form online before coming to our office. Print the submit a job form PDF file provided (showing your Job # at the top) once you complete the form. Then deliver your device and submit a job form print out together. If you are unable to print the form, please include the submit a job form attached to your device with paper, a post-it-note, sticker or anything else for us.

The same process applies if you are sending your device to us by post or courier, complete the submit a job form online, print it out, pack your device with lots of bubble wrap, in a box and include the printed submit a job form inside when sending it to us. Always use a delivery option with a tracking number and signature on delivery if available. We will let you know once your parcel arrives at our office by email.

At present, If you wish to collect anything from our office, please call us or email us before you visit, so we can have it ready for you to pick up from our reception desk. You will be asked to show a photo ID when you collect anything from us.
